The customer can choose two ways to proceed with the return:
Carry out the shipment of the items with a courier chosen by the Customer at his expense
In this case, if damage/theft/loss of the goods occurs during transport by courier at the expense of the Purchaser, notification of the incident will be given (within 5 days of the problem encountered), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured).
The product will be made available to the Customer for its return and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled.
Request the collection of the items to MATTIA CAPEZZANI
In this case, the amount paid for the return of the goods will be deducted from the final refund and will be equal to the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
If the free shipping promotion is active at the time of purchase, the fixed amount of € 10.00 will be deducted from the final refund.
